We received an inquiry for a truck air conditioner on December 29, 2021, which is from our Australian customer, Zig. Zig asked if we could provide an air conditioner for his truck.
Zig did not give the detail about his truck in the inquiry, so we asked him about the model of his truck and got the picture of this Lt9500 hx2007 truck. And, Zig told us that the voltage he needs is 24v.
According to the given information, we recommend Zig install an E-clima2200 truck air conditioner. E-clima2200 air conditioner is in small size and suitable for the customer’s truck cab.

After confirming the cut-off size and the warranty period with Zig, we received his payment. Thereafter, we delivered Zig ‘s order by air as quickly as possible.
We have rich air conditioner units in the stock warehouse, we are able to deliver customers’ orders within 7 days.
After the customer received the air conditioner, he said that during the installation, he found that the voltage of his truck was 12V, not 24V. So, the 24V air conditioner could not be directly connected to Zig’s truck. We contacted the technical staff as soon as possible and made a solution for the customer.
Our technicians said that customers can install a voltage converter that will allow the 24V air conditioner to function properly when connected to the 12V truck’s battery.
When choosing a converter, the power of the converter should match that of the 24V E-clima2200, which is 600W to 860W.
After solving the problem of voltage, the customer finally completed the installation of the air conditioner and sent us the photos after installing the air conditioner.
