We received Denis’s inquiry a few months ago, this sentence started our communication, we recommended Eclima2200 as a perfect choice after confirming his needs, which is a 12V powered, rooftop-mounted ac for agricultural machinery.
After confirming all the technical detail, Denis purchased one unit as a sample order. Denis told us that he want to see the ac unit as soon as possible, so we delivered his order by air, and it was only a week before he received the air conditioner.
After receiving the air conditioner, he checked the appearance of the air conditioner and find no problems, and then started to install the air conditioner according to our installation instructions.
After installation, Denis turned on the air conditioner, the air conditioner shuts down after a while and the error code E3 showed up on the control panel. E3 normally stands for refrigerant leak. After communication, we figured out that Denis didn’t fill the refrigerant. The air conditioner worked in perfect condition after Denis solved the problem. Therefore, we remind all customers who choose to deliver their orders by air, that you need to fill refrigerant after receiving air conditioners since AC units with refrigerant are not allowed on the airline.
One week after this, the customer told us that the air conditioner stopped working after running for about half an hour. After the test, the problem is that Denis’s vehicle battery was too old to support the air conditioner. We advised him to replace the battery with a new one, and then the air conditioner worked normally again. Therefore, we advise the customer that you need a larger battery if you want the air conditioner to work longer when your vehicles are parked.
